Creative Equals – A Presentation
Creative Equals is the gender diversity kitemark of the creative industry. Its vision is for all creative departments to be 50/50, from the bottom to the top. Creative Equal’s mission is to train, sponsor and champion female creative talent throughout their careers, with the belief that equal representation shapes better work, creates a more culturally relevant industry and, ultimately, drives profitability.
