Liz Brion

Liz has been a member of the Grant Thornton Media and Entertainment team since joining the firm and works with a range of UK and overseas media businesses advising them on tax issues including venture capital and creative industry tax reliefs.

Liz was closely involved with the development of the creative industry tax credits for Film, High-End TV, Animation, Children’s TV and games development and has worked with the main UK trade bodies in consultation with HMRC.

Liz’s role includes planning for efficient structures, raising development and production funding its and advice on the taxation of intellectual property associated with original works and new formats.
