After working as crew for over 10 years and experiencing the gender bias in technical crews, Lulu Elliott founded Reel Angels in 2010. Since then she has carefully developed and researched the concept of an agency/social enterprise of only representing female crew. Today Reel Angels has found its feet with 150 talented members uk wide and see women flourish in the tech departments, through the placements the agency has secured them.
