Mick Ratman

Mick has had over 35 years’ experience in the film industry, first as an Assistant Director then as a Location Manager, working on all types of productions from Feature Films to Music promos, Commercials to Drama.
He has filmed in several countries and climates all over the world from the artic to deserts and nearly everything in-between, arranging and setting stunts including avalanches in the Canadian Rockies, and working helicopter recces.
He has been past Chair of the Guild of Location Managers, admin for the LPG (Location Professionals Group), and sat on many industry committees and groups
He has run and set up location manager courses for Film Commissions in several countries and tutored at film schools and colleges.in this country and around the world.
