Capacity and the Global Production Deluge will explore the unprecedented levels of current and predicted future production demand, and how international production hubs can best build capacity to take advantage and ensure that opportunities are not missed. Driven by huge investment and consumer demand, established and emerging markets alike are faced with a major opportunity, as well as a strategic challenge in servicing this increase in business and rapidly building the provision of specialised production crew, skills, talent and infrastructure.
The panel has been devised and will be moderated by Olsberg•SPI, a specialist consulting firm that advises on production sector development and strategy and has developed the Production, Infrastructure and Capacity Audit (PICA) service, to assist clients in examining and overcoming their production capabilities and limitations.
