Burn out, poor productivity, sub-optimal quality of work, a negative impact on relationships and families, low pay, bullying and excessive hours are the norm in an industry that is designed around days where most crew work 11+ hours and many work considerably longer. This panel will also cover the BECTU/PACT TV Drama and Feature Film Agreements, and we welcome audience participation on your experience of the agreements so far. Followed by ‘Who Needs Sleep’, the fantastic 2006 documentary by Haxell Wexler.
