How to Job Share – Workshop
While there may be a recognition that we need more skilled people by the industries, there may also be a reluctance or worry on the part of the employer about flexible working or job sharing.. This workshop will essentially offer tips and advice on creating your own job share – how to find a compatible partner. It will also offer advice about how to present the case to a prospective employer that can be made to work for them.
