Andy Wright – HETV & Animation Certification Analyst, BFI

Andy has been part of the Certification Unit at the BFI for over 8 years, since the introduction of the Animation and high-end tv tax reliefs. Andy works closely with key stakeholders in government and industry and is the analyst in the team for the HETV and animation cultural tests and co-production. Providing advice and guidance on the application process for all of the cultural tests and criteria for the creative industry tax reliefs (Film, Animation, HETV, Children’s Television and Video Games). He regularly attends and presents on panels at industry festivals and events, both nationally and internationally, to help promote the reliefs.
