Barnaby has been working in advertising for over 25 years, initially as an agency producer and Head of TV, before owning and running his own production companies. He is joint owner of Tomboy Films in London. He has produced many award winning commercials. In 2012 he worked with the London Olympic Games organization to develop and produce a series of animated films to promote the Olympic and Paralympic mascots. He also worked with British Airways on their sponsorship activation at the Games, resulting in a short film that ran at the Opening Ceremony. He produced the feature film Somers Town, directed by Shane Meadows, which won the Michael Powell Award for Best British Film at the Edinburgh Film Festival and the Best Actor award at Tribeca in New York and was sponsored by Eurostar to promote the opening of the refurbished St. Pancras Station. Tomboy continues to make commercials for UK and international agencies and has also produced work directly for the Co-op, Burberry and Chanel.
