Caroline has worked in the TV industry since the early 1980’s spending a decade at Central Television Birmingham, first in the Documentaries Department and then in film editing.
During the 1990’s she worked as a freelance editor and production manager and then as part of the editorial team at NBC Superchannel. She joined the PMA part time in 1993, when it had only been an association for 2 years.
The PMA, supported by it’s industry sponsors, has successfully provided a network of support and training for it’s body of experienced Production Managers and Line Producers over the last 25 years.
