Catherine Francis Driscoll – Coordinator, Grow Creative Netflix

At Grow Creative, the mission is to meet the headwinds of capacity, skills and inclusion gaps that challenge our global content strategy by using world-class training, education and pipelining of a new generation of storytellers and crew that mirror the inclusiveness and diversity of our global audience. 

Catherine got her break in film/tv on the APATS training scheme, and worked her way up through the accounts department for the following nine years. In Jan 2019 she joined Netflix and was introduced to the world of Inclusion and Diversity, participating in many events internally through the Employment Resource Groups (ERGs). An opportunity came up to join Alison Small on Grow Creative in July, and Catherine made the move over – bringing together her knowledge of the industry, passion for inclusion, and drive for change.
