Darren has over 20 years of experience working with clients in the Film and Television sector. Darren acts for film and television production companies, commissioning producers, distributors, rights owners, and other corporate entities which operate in the film and television industries, such as financiers, VFX and post production houses.
As well as auditing and accounting services, Darren provided specialist advice, including structuring of productions, and tax incentives for the creative industries. Darren is also has expertise in intellectual property management, assisting his clients with IP valuations and investigations. Darren has also been involved in expert witness work in respect of Film and TV structures and Intellectual Property.
