Dr Doris Ruth Eikhof

Dr Doris Ruth Eikhof is one of the UK’s leading academics on workforce diversity and inclusion in the screen industries.

She has published widely on work, employment and careers in the creative economy. Doris current and recent projects include Everyday Diversity in the UK Screen Sector, Doubling Disability (with Creative Diversity Network), the 2018 Workforce Diversity Evidence Review for the BFI and an evaluation of gender equality interventions for Women in View Canada.
