Florencia Arrizabalaga

Florencia Arrizabalaga – Managing Director and Executive Producer, Rebolucion UK

Florencia has 15 years of experience in the production and advertising world. She was born in Argentina and from the age of 19 she worked in numerous advertising agencies in Buenos Aires until she moved to London in 2015 to expand her career globally.

In 2015, she joined ‘New London’, an agency working with complex data-heavy projects as the Managing Director. She was in charge of setting up the company in the UK, US and Argentina.

During her time at New, she worked on the Peace Agreement in Colombia, advising the FARC guerrillas and the Colombian government on the peace process. She also advised NASA (National Aeronautica and Space Administration) on their own communications strategies.

In 2019, Florencia started ‘Rebolucion’ in the UK, the award-winning production house owned by director and Academy Award winner Armando Bo. With offices in Argentina, the US, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay and an ever-increasing presence in Europe, Florencia is now the Managing Director and Executive Producer at Rebolucion UK.
