Jake Cassels is co-founder and Managing Director at The Connected Set. The company was set up to take advantage of the growing opportunities to tell new stories and produce new shapes of content for younger audiences. Today, The Connected Set has a strong track record in devising and producing successful TV programmes, shortform series and online content for youth audiences, most recently producing shortform content for BBC Three, Channel 4, Snapchat and Facebook Watch. Jake is responsible for commercial and business affairs at the company, striking deals with brands, broadcasters, distributors and other partners to grow revenue and profitability while successfully scaling operations. The Connected Set has also produced content for BBC One, Beano Studios, Canal +, Channel 5, CBBC, E4, MTV, NBC, Spotify, Virgin and YouTube.
