Joe Jackson – Web Editor, The Location Guide and a reporter at FOCUS

I am the newly-appointed Web Editor at The Location Guide and a reporter at FOCUS – The Meeting Place for International Production. I am also Locations Editor for makers, TLG’s bi-annual magazine for the international production community, and I act as a copywriter for the makers and shakers Awards, the company’s prize ceremony celebrating the achievements of the global film community. I am a PhD student at SOAS University of London, and my submitted doctoral thesis is titled ‘Kahlil Joseph, New Media and the Audiovisual Atlantic: Music and Moving Images between Africa, America and Europe.’ Check out my website, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for more information.
