30+ years experience of developing and promoting the creative & digital sector in the North West region. Lynn has managed the Liverpool Film Office since 1999 and is responsible for making Liverpool the most filmed city out of London driving the growth of infrastructure and skills. As a result of her work £100m inward investment has been attracted to the Liverpool city region economy from large scale feature film and high end TV drama. Lynn is now leading the development of building the screen sector in the city region further working with the Combined Authority, LEP and national agencies to attract further inward investment, create jobs, improve skills and increase GDP over the next 5 years. The Liverpool Film Office is a department of Liverpool City Council’s Regeneration & Employment Porfolio based in Culture Liverpool.
