Mark Hughes-Webb –  Founder, The Space-2 Group

Mark is the Founder of The SPACE-2 Group, a #sustainablefirst group of micro-businesses focused on supporting and developing the infrastructure that supports more sustainable media and event production. These businesses embody circular economy and regenerative principles as a way of better utilising existing assets ranging from retro furniture and surplus/vacant property through meanwhile use to the development and promotion of products such as set-build product, Emagiblock and services (such as LOCATIONZ sustainable scouting) that can transform the way production operates on location and in production hubs. These are now showcased through their recent launch of The Centre for Sustainable Production which is currently housed at Sky Blue Studios in Coventry.

Mark has over 17 years’ experience of working across the full spectrum of film, TV and event production and is a Board Member at Create Central (West Midlands trade body for the creative content sector) and sits on a number of inward investment, digital production and low carbon initiative working groups.
