
Roger Charteris has worked in theatre, film and television for over 40 years in various capacities. In 1992 he turned his focus to representing actors and in 1998 joined Ken McReddie Associates, soon becoming a partner and then in 2007 he took over Ken McReddie Associates, acquiring it with his business partner, Marcus Evans. Roger rebranded the company in 2013, now The Artists Partnership; expanding the Literary department, whilst also focusing on building the service side of the agency with a branding and endorsements department with voice and commercials. Recently, with Robert Taylor they launched a sister company, The Development Partnership. Roger was also CEO of the independent production company, World Productions, which he brought to the group in 2011 and sold to ITV Studios in 2017.
