Tim Thornhill – Director, Tysers

Tim Thornhill is an Entertainment and Sport specialist having worked for Tysers Insurance for three years following six years as Commercial Director at The Ardonagh Group’s Towergate Insurance brand.  He has a broad remit within these sectors looking after the development of insurance solutions for Media, Film and TV, Theatres and Venues, Music and Live Events, as well as Advertising and Commercials.

After graduating with a degree in Management Studies from The University of Nottingham he became Managing Director of a Tour Operator and Event Management company between 2007 and 2012. In this role he took around 15,000 clients each year to the French and Austrian Alps, arranging all elements of their trip.  Tysers is one of the UK’s largest Media, Film and TV specialists for the provision of risk management and insurance and Tim works internally and across the industry to provide solutions to help to develop the insurance proposition available to clients.
