Triada Lakoutsi

Triada, formerly of Warner Bros. Entertainment, U.K., is currently working in the Xytech Professional Services group. Triada is an analytical professional with over 13 years of experience in implementing end-to-end technological solutions and leading effective change management processes. A certified Business Analyst and member of IIBA, she can speak five languages. Her last position prior to joining Xytech was, Project Operations Manager at Leavesden Studios, where she led the Project Operations team and managed a portfolio of 23 applications; she is passionate, enthusiastic and a strong believer of Covey’s fifth habit “Seek first to understand, then to be understood”. Being a natural problem solver and with her business acumen, she is able to translate complex business processes into user-friendly visuals, turning pain points into opportunities and optimizing business performance. When she is not glued to her computer, analyzing and re-engineering processes, she enjoys running, skiing and baking for her family and friends. Triada holds a BA in Language translation in French and Swedish and also an MA in Political Sciences.
