Wendy has many years experience as a line producer of film and television, working on films such as Andrea Arnold’s ‘Red Road’, Annie Griffin’s ‘Festival’, David Mackenzie’s ‘You Instead’, Paddy Considine’s ‘Journeyman’ , Iain Morris’s ‘The Festival’, Scott Graham’s ‘Run’and most recently Ben Sharrock’s ‘Limbo’. She  produced the low budget improvised feature film ‘Wasted’ with Raindog and co produced the indie rom-com ‘Not Another Happy Ending’ with Synchronicity Films which closed Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2012. She also produced the the music documentary ‘Big Gold Dream’ (winner of the audience award at EIFF 2015) and the foll

ow up ‘Teenage Superstars’. Both of these films are now being distributed in US by Tricoast and Teenage Superstars by Amber in the UK. Wendy also more recently coproduced ‘Calibre’, Matt Palmer’s first feature with Wellington Films . Selkie Productions was set up in 2014 by Wendy Griffin to develop a slate of film and tv (mainly feature film projects). Selkie is developing projects with several directors and co producers including Morag McKinnon and Sven Werner (winner of this years BAFTA Scotland short film award). Selkie is presently taking part on Focus business development scheme and Wendy is also on the Bectu Vision Producer Development programme.
