In June 2013, he joined Happy Finish as Global CEO to expand their business in London and Mumbai and launch in Shanghai, Portland Oregon and New York and develop into a full 360 production service, adding Interactive and Motion VFX services to their Stills Retouch and CGI Animation business.

Under Simon’s leadership, Happy Finish became a world leader in the creation of VR experiences, with global clients including, Asda, Charlotte Tilbury, Google, Honeywell, Levis and Tate Modern.
