Currently, we are seeing global politics undergoing enormous change. It is no surprise that the creative screen industries are increasingly caught up in the story – the impact of an image on a screen holds far more economic potential and reputational possibility than ever before. Equally, the industry’s ability to remove itself from a particular location can do enormous damage to a region’s economy. But what are the reasons for locations becoming more or less attractive. Apart from any financial considerations, what are the reasons whether they are political or cultural, for working or deciding not to work, in a particular location?
