The recent publication of the BFI’s Screen Business report showed how the UK tax reliefs have helped fuel a boom in the UK’s screen industries.
The Screen Business report provides the first comprehensive analysis of the impact of each of the screen sector tax reliefs in generating unprecedented levels of production, job creation and growing the sector’s infrastructure. The UK film, TV and the video games industries generated an estimated £7.9 billion for the UK economy in 2016.
