Arman Yahin –  CEO & Co-founder, Main Road Post

Born on December 15th, 1978, in Alma-Ata, Kazakstan. In 2000 he graduated from Kazakhstan Sate Art Academy with Film director’s degree.

In 1993 Arman Yahin has started his career in VFX,  in 2002 he moved to Moscow, where he was engaged as VFX supervisor in several big-scale projects – such as “72 meters”, “The Turkish Gambit” and many more.

Arman Yahin is a member of the international Visual Effects Society (VES) and American Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences (AMPAS).

Main Road Post

Main Road Post, a visual effects production studio, was set up in 2006 and quickly became one of the biggest players in Russian movie industry. The company has in its portfolio some of the most significant Russian blockbusters  – Timur Bekmambetov’s WANTED (Universal), Dzhanik Fayziev’s AUGUST. EIGHTH, FURIOUS, COSMOBALL, Sergei Bodrov’s THE SEVENTH SON (Legendary Pictures) and Fedor Bondarchuk’s INHABITED ISLAND, STALINGRAD, ATTRACTION AND INVASION. Recent project  – Egor Abramenko’s SPUTNIK  – became one of the most anticipated movies on Tribeca festival, Sitges Festival and will then take part in Pingyao International Film Festival Macau International Film Festival.

Also the studio has developed and produced visual effects for an Opening film  for Sochi Winter Olympic Games in 2014.

In 2020 Main Road Post joined  the Russian Animation association.
