Charles Gilibert – CG Cinema

Since 2013, Charles Gillibert worked, through his company CG Cinéma, with some of the most innovative and acclaimed directors both French and international: Olivier Assayas (Clouds of Sils Maria, Personal Shopper), Mia Hansen-Løve (Eden, Things to Come), Abbas Kiarostami (24 Frames), Deniz Gamze Ergüven (Mustang, Kings), Bi Gan (Long Day’s Journey Into Night) and many others.

CG Cinéma has pursued a clear strategy: to support and bring to a wide audience challenging projects and to put auteur cinema back at the centre of the industry.

Some of the main projects of CG Cinéma this year include Bergman Island, the first English-language film by Mia Hansen-Løve, starring Tim Roth, Vicky Krieps and Mia Wasikowska; and Annette by Leos Carax, a musical with Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard, which will mark the return of the famous French auteur on the international scene.
