Hakam Poselay – Producer/Screenplay Writer, Checklist Films Ltd 

Hakam Poselay is an award-winning writer and producer, he brings over 10 years plus in the field of film production. Hakam thrives on creating original content and enjoys working in partnerships or “in association with” in order to continue to learn from projects he has written/co-written for.  Hakam is partnered with Bollywood and Hollywood film producers to concentrate on producing feature films, TV dramas & documentaries for a global audience. From the success of the release of Checklist Films slates, Hakam has a vision of opening a new training facility for new creatives to learn a craft in film production with a potential of offering full-time employment with Checklist Films Ltd.

Hakam produced & directed short film “Passing the Torch” the Queens Baton for “Delhi 2010: XIX Commonwealth Games” in Birmingham and also worked on the “Commonwealth Games Birmingham 2022 Handover” film. Checklist Films Ltd now has built slates in double figures which means employment for the next 2 decades. Hakam is a prominent leader in pursuing diversity within the British film industry for both in-front & behind the screen.
