Jane Evans – Founder, The Uninvisibility Project

Jane Evans is one of her generation’s most successful advertising women, but in her fifties she was completely invisible to her industry. She quickly recognised there is an epidemic of unemployment and invisibility for all midlife women. She founded the Uninvisibility project to highlight the issue, showcase brilliant women and create opportunities for women to return to the workplace.

Uninvisibility is a movement to change the societal narrative for midlife women. Jane’s book Invisible to Invaluable. Unleashing the power of midlife women, co-authored by Carol Russell is a manifesto to create a world where midlife women are seen and valued.

Uninvisibility the agency has gathered the greatest creative women of our generation to sell to the most powerful consumer group on the planet – women 45+

And she is the founder of VIsible Start, a training course for midlife women in digital media. Created in conjunction with WPP and the Brixton Finishing School.

Jane is a prolific speaker with recent keynotes at TBD and ZEE Melt. She has appeared on many podcasts from Take F**king Risks to the Huffington Post. In 2019 she was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award by Women in Media and in 2020 was one of AdAge’s Women to Watch Europe
