Neil Graham – Director of Virtual Production, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden

Neil recently joined Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) as Director of Virtual Production where he provides leadership and direction for day-to-day virtual production operations at V Stage, and works with productions to help enhance their creative vision through virtual production.

Neil joined WBSL from Sky where he held various production and innovation roles over a 17-year period. Most recently Neil was Head of Virtual Production for Sky Studios where he was responsible for leading the development, adoption, and application of virtual production creative processes across Sky Studios’ content slate, as well as developing Sky Studios’ virtual production infrastructure.

In various prior production roles – ranging from Producer to Exec Producer of Sky Cinema and Immersive Entertainment -Neil’s background producing traditional and immersive content in parallel content led him to leading virtual production. Neil’s experience leading content creation and commissioning across Sky’s film and immersive platform ranged from Sky’s first forays into interactive virtual experiences across film, drama and sport, to original stand-alone content such as Hold the Worldwith Sir David Attenborough.

Neil is active on a number of industry panels including the BAFTA Immersive Entertainment advisory board and the advisory groups for ScreenSkills and Digital Catapult as well as working in partnership with the National Film and Television School.
