There are economic benefits to partnering up. London and the South East are central to the UK’s success as it is where the vast majority of the screen industries are based. However, to sustain growth in the sector and to maintain the UK’s international competitiveness, we need to develop capacity in the regions.
We need to offer and create opportunities and they have to be supported nationally but what are the key characteristics of creating successful clusters and hubs and are they all the same?
